1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment or order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout:

• Express Shipping: 1 – 2 Business Days
• International Shipping: 7 – 14 Business Days (depending on location)

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and carrier link once your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Finiora is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your order upon international shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. 7-Day Returns & Damaged Packages

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us within 7 days.

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact our support team immediately with clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.
